About WINA
The World Instant Noodles Association Summit is the bi-annual conference that brings together leading instant noodles manufactures from around the world for the purpose of mutual exchange of ideas on product improvement and making a social contribution through instant noodles.
In 2025, the 11th WINA Summit convened with the theme “World United by Noodles” encapsulates the industry’s dedication to positive impacts on nutrition and health, food safety, environmental sustainability, and social responsibility.
The summit aims to bring together a diverse group of speakers and guests from various sectors to inspire the industry. By fostering multi-sectoral perspectives in four forums held over two days, the summit hopes to facilitate rich discussions that will drive positive impacts on people and the planet from WINA members.

Thank you very much for your participation in the 11th World Instant Noodles Summit.
We would like to thank our host, Monde Nissin Corporation, for their hard work in preparing this Summit.
The World Instant Noodles Association (WINA) was founded in 1997 by a group of instant noodle companies and organizations from around the world during a period of expansion for the instant noodle industry. At the time of its establishment, its main focus was on “food safety.” Since then, it has expanded its activities, contributing to the CODEX standardization of instant noodles, providing assistance during natural disasters, and more. In 2022 we set “Health and Nutrition,” “Environmental Conservation,” “Food Safety,” and “Contribution to Social Issues” as priority areas in which our industry can contribute whilst navigating increasingly complex global issues. With our efforts, the instant noodle industry, which began with the invention of “Chicken Ramen” by Momofuku Ando in 1958, has grown to a market of over 120 billion servings a year.
This Summit serves as an important platform for sharing information and exchanging opinions on technical issues and specific initiatives in the previously mentioned priority areas. We hope that this valuable opportunity for experts and specialists from all countries and organizations to come together will contribute to the growth of the industry and to furthering the activities of all participants.
